The Human Resources Specialist for Training and Engagement is primarily responsible for creating, developing, and implementing engagement initiatives, organization activities, and employee training sessions.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that operational goals are met in relation to the implementation of engagement, training, and administrative services. Conceptualize, plan and implement engagement and training activities that meets the requirement of the organization. Set-up the annual training & activities calendar. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in employee engagement and training and development. Assess training and development needs through surveys, focus groups, and communication with leads and managers. Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new and existing employees. Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process. Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Prepare and implement training budget and maintain records and reports of expenses. General HR administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Has at least 3 years of experience handling different HR functional areas. Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization. Has experience in developing training modules and facilitating training sessions. In-depth knowledge in planning and implementing employee engagement programs and activities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
