Hr Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities: - Work to attract, select and retain key talent across the business.
- Receive and manage job applications as well as maintaining a relevant database.
- Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Supports the administration of HR Policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manages, coaches & develop others. Tasked to demonstrate extensive knowledge, interpretation, and application of labor laws.
- Ensure that all employee movement is executed without delay and in full compliance with HR Policy.
- Propose and organize employee engagement activities.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
