Job Description:
Administer compensation and benefit plans Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management; At least 5 years' working experience in Payroll, Timekeeping, Govenrment Benefits, Labor Relations and Employee Relations; Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous; Detailed oriented Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner Must possess strong interpersonal skills Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
