Hr Coordinator

Qualifications:- Must be a graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or equivalent to any other course.- With at least 6 months experience, preferrably in end-to-end recruitment process.- With working experience with the same field is a plus.- Humble, Hardworking, Persevere, and Optimistic- Has a positive attitude and can work in a fast paced work environment.- Amendable to work at E Rodriguez Sr., Cubao Quezon City.- Can start ASAP.Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews- Conducting initial interview- Coordinate orientation for new employees- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
