Details of the offer

Oversees the administration of the compensation and employee benefit program of the organization and ensures the timely and effective delivery of employee benefits services.- Reviews all the reports submitted by the ESAD personnel and ensures that all needed corrections and adjustments made were incorporated prior to submission to the CompenBen Head.- Ensures that the organization complies with the requirements of various government agencies and the labor standards set by law.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree with a major Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any relevant field.- With at least 5 years working experience specializing in Compensation and Benefits.- Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of human resources management.- Ability to present oral material & communicate in writing, in a fluent and logical manner- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).- Preferably possesses a valid driver's license.- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- CompenBen: 5 years (preferred)
