The position will assist in handling all HR and recruitment matters across the business. Your remit will be vast and will range from ER cases, recruitment, benefits administration, admin, updating policies and procedures or any other task that will help ensure the smooth running of the operations and support teams.ResponsibilitiesWork with managers to ensure the HR policies and procedures are being implemented consistently and minimize risks to the business.Assist managers in monitoring and managing employee relations issues such as performance management and absence management.Work with managers to manage the end-to-end resolution of disciplinary issues Provide counseling on policies and procedures and help administer any required changes to HR policies to ensure they are in line with current labour laws and regulatory guidelines.Support with the delivery of HR and business change projects as and when required.Manage the new starter and leaver processes including overseeing the compliance and processing of information and ensuring all employees inductions are carried out.Manage all HR and recruitment administration ensuring all employee records and systems are kept up to date and stored according to policy and legal requirements.Monitor, evaluate and recommend necessary improvements on the company’s benefits programs to create more value to the employees.Coordinate, partner, and liaise with external service providers to ensure the consistent delivery of vendor-related employee services.Partner with local teams to develop, recommend, and organize employee engagement activities to drive employee morale, encourage team performance, and improve culture (e.g. Service Awards, Get-Togethers, Team Building Activities, FGDs, etc.).Conduct focus groups and surveys on a consistent basis with various groups of employees to determine employees’ concerns and issues and understand best ways to improve and support employee performance and career development.Execute the full lifecycle recruitment activities for our Operational and Support teams.Manage all recruitment administration including creating job specifications, creating Workday approvals, sourcing and screening candidates, and making job offers and updating and maintaining HRMS in line with internal KPIs.Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods focusing on social media, job boards, and leveraging employee referrals and other creative search methods.Conducts initial profile screening and interviews of candidates.Schedule qualified candidates for testing and interview with hiring managers, and job offer. Act as primary contact for candidates throughout process.Maintain the recruitment database; submit reports pertaining to relevant recruitment data, as needed by the HRD and hiring managers.Recommend policies and procedures that will enhance the recruitment and retention processBachelor’s Degree level qualification (or equivalent)Previous HR experience in a financial services management or related industry role is essential.Proven experience in a HR role within a fast paced, highly flexible environment. Knowledge in current Labor Law and disciplinary procedures.Recruitment and interviewing experience along with knowledgeable in modern recruitment platforms would be highly desirable.Ability to interpret and consistently apply company policies and labor lawsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with experience using a HRMS.Willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna
