Job Description:
The HR Associate works efficiently to make sure the hiring process is well planned and successful. The position helps facilitate the hiring process. Collaborates and uses high communication skills to manage a variety of functions related to recruitment. The incumbent also performs a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health, well-being and compliance with the Code of Discipline.


Utilizes all available sourcing resources to gather qualified candidates for various positions Conducts initial interview adhering to the screening standards set for each position Administers various aptitude and personality exams to asses applicant’s capacity Conducts background investigation for all position before the job offer Acts as point of contact to manage internship coordination and school partnerships which includes preparation of necessary documentation. Developing labor policies Managing grievance procedures Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, government agencies, other firms, etc. Consulting with members of the executive HR staff regarding personnel policies Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any equivalent courses With at least 3-4 years experience in Human Resources specifically in Recruitment and Employee Relations With excellent communication skills Knowledge of local laws and regulations, strong people skills, computer literate, good communication skills and excellent salesmanship
