Job Summary:
The HR Associate for Learning & Development is responsible for monitoring the continuous learning and development of our client's employees and assisting Talent Acquisition function of Human Resources Division.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors the completion of necessary forms and requirement for different learning & development related training programs and events
2. Designs, develops, and produces training course and material when necessary
3. Keeps up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books and magazine articles.
4. Organizes and develops, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
5. Monitors, evaluates and records training activities and program effectiveness.
6. Upholds and maintains the professional standards for the facilitator, participants, and the training course.
7. Formulates implementing policies and guidelines on training and ensure adherence of staff to these policies & procedures.
8. Prepares, monitors, and help in facilitation of New Hire Orientation as part of the Onboarding process.
9. Prepares and submits periodic progress reports of learning & development objectives to HR Lead and HR Manager
10. Assists in talent acquisition of corporate employees from the sourcing phase up till endorsement to department.
11. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resources Management
Minimum Experience Requirements
Experience in handling Learning & Development tasks and programs
Others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good oral communication and presentation skills
Strong Quantitative & Analytical Skills
Exhibits good work ethics
