Hr Assistant - Recruitment

Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for processing both online and walk-in applicants.- Responsible for making sure that hiring positions are posted in all sourcing sites.- Must make sure deadlines are met in acquiring new talents for the company.- Responsible for making sure the recruitment pipeline/pool is sufficient.- Attends job fairs or any recruitment events.- Sends daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports to the immediate head.- Performs other tasks assigned.Qualifications:- Human Resource or Psychology graduate.- Able to do multitasking.- Must be goal driven and self-motivated.- Willingness to learn and can work with less supervision.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
