**Job Summary**Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, developing, and implementing policies and procedures.**Responsibilities**:- **Work closely with all department and assist them to understand and implement policies and procedures.- Assist in developing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures.**Recruitment**- Responsible for the initial interview and selection process of potential applicants.- Preparing necessary documents for new employees- Keeping and filing of necessary and legal documents of employees (201 Files)- Responsible for maintaining employee records and status.**Compensation and Benefits****- **Responsible for timekeeping- Preparing monthly mandatory billings (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health) and ensuring that it was paid on time.- Processing of employees' benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health, 13th month pay, leave credits, etc.)**Learning and Development****- **Preparing and developing training plans for employees.- Oversee employees' overall performance.- Assist in performance management and evaluation of employees.- Analyzing training needs of employees.**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Discounted lunch- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
