? Coordinate with HR Manager/Operations Manager to determine staffing needs? Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates? Administering appropriate company assessments? Coordinate with HR Manager all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.? Performing reference and background checks; ?Making recommendations to HR Manager?Completing paperwork for new hires? Must be a graduate of Psychology or other related courses? Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply!? Willing to be assigned to our office in Greenhills, San Juan City.
