HR Assistant (Davao)Responsible to provide assistance to the Department on HR/Admin related tasks. Implementation of company's compensation and benefits programsadministering regular payroll, monitoring/provision of manpower requirements with cost controls, as well as employee relations & services.Responsible to provide support in managing/maintaining office properties, preparing regular expense reports Organizing employee/company records Ensure that all HR and administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
