Job description
In-charge of recruitment process (pooling of applicants, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts)
Facilitates orientation to new employees
Timekeeping and monitoring of leave time and absences
Issuance of notice to explain (NTE) and corresponding disciplinary procedure
Prepares internal policies and memos
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist with all HR-related inquiries or requests
Coordinate and plan company events and meetings
Monitors and organizes 201 files

Schedule:
Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay

Experience:
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
