RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position is primarily responsible for supervising and overseeing the operations of the housekeeping section in a manner that ensures total guest satisfaction
Ensures productivity of the housekeeping personnel including staffing, training and performance management
Conducts monthly inventory of stocks and other assets
Resolves/Attends promptly to customer queries and complaints that is brought to attention
Plans and assigns work assignment/ shift schedule of Roomboys/Chambermaids
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a graduate of two (2)-year vocational course preferably Home Economics or Practical Arts or four (4)- year course preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
Must have at least two (2) years work-related experience
Has knowledge in hotel operations and customer relations
