Housekeeping Manager

1) Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.2) Oversee staff on daily basis. 3) Check the rooms and common areas, including stairways and lobby areas for cleanliness.4) Made the schedule in every week.5) Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.6) Motivate staff and resolve any issues that occur on the job.7) Monitor and replenish the cleaning products for rooms and floors.8) Made inventory for linens and other supplies.9) Assist guest or patients with question and basic request.10) Made room assignment or worksheet in each Room Attendant every day for daily task.11) Coordinates work activities among departments.12) Update the system for CLEAN rooms and OUT OF SERVICES rooms. 13) Performs cleaning duties on High Occupancy and staff shortage.14) Attends staff meeting to discuss the department concerns. 15) Supervises and check laundry staff.At least five years of work experience.Clarify hotel housekeeping standards and know how to train employees to improve efficiency.
