Housekeeping Head

1. Conduct room inspections.2. Attend team members/ housekeepers meetings.4. Assist with training and orientation of new team members/ housekeeper.5. Assist in coaching and mentoring team members.6. Evaluate Staff performance, monthly and quarterly reviews.7. Resolve all guest/owner complaints in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction while adhering to the company core values.8. Work closely with front desk and accommodations to ensure requests are dealt with in a timely efficient manner.9. Prepare Report to the Management for every untoward incident happened in the Hotel in a timely manner.10. Ensure supplies are ordered in a timely manner and conduct regular inventory checks and audits are completed to ensure par levels are adequate.11. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.12. Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently through daily operations.13. Act upon feedback professionally for the benefit of guests/owners.14. Act upon feedback of co-workers professionally for the benefit of co-workers.15. Participate in daily housekeeping duties including deep cleaning projects.16. Strive to streamline and improve procedures through open communication in a professional manner.17.
