Determines requirements by working with customers.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
College graduate, but also open to undergraduates with related work experience.
1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong phone skills i.e. diction, active listening.
Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure
Must be willing to work in Taguig City
