Healthcare Customer Success Coordinator

Job Summary:1. Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and Add them to the customer resource management tool.2. Make Calls to providers and facilities to build long term relationships and figure out what challenges they have and work towards solving them.3. Manage assigned facility accounts and ensure their needs are properly addressed.4. Schedule/Coordinate client care staff according to clinical staff competence by assigning qualified staff to clients appropriately.5. Managing daily, weekly, and monthly client orders.Qualifications:- Previous experience as scheduler/staffing coordinator or similar position- Previous Healthcare-related work experience is an advantage- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal abilities- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM Database systems**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay**Experience**:- Healthcare background: 1 year (preferred)
