Job Description:•    Develop aesthetic design assets for social media, presentations, internal and external creatives, videos and more based on approved concepts.•    Be prepared to present your work to marketing and business peers. •    Build understanding of and apply Accenture brand style guide and accessibility guidelines in everything you do. •    Ensure timely delivery of projects by proactively identifying risks and proposing possible solutions. •    Lead brainstorming sessions within the team to generate new ideas. •    Effectively communicate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.•    Coach and mentor the junior graphic designers on the team, share your knowledge and best practices. •    Help define team workflow, roles and tools. •    Provide effective feedback and direction to other team members. Qualifications:Job Qualificatio•    Bachelor's degree in graphics design or similar careers.•    Minimum of six years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design.•    Working week: Thursdays to Mondays (weekly offs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).•    A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates aesthetic and strategically creative solutions.•    Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as perspective, composition and color theory and how to apply them. •    Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.•    Demonstrate high proficiency in data visualization. •    Good English written and oral communication skills.•    Experience in team management is preferred but not necessary.
