Responsibilities
Coordinate Meetings by setting up Key Program Led discussions, and any other critical meetings between Global HR Services team, extended team, and other Global HR Services resources (HR IT, Compliance, Global Business Services, Transition)
Record Global HR Services & Target Operating Model @HR Meeting Minutes
Global HR Services Sharepoint/Knowledge Management Owner; Load files and ensure File Management in compliance with Schenker Knowledge Management Standards
Target Operating Model @HR Timeline Stewardship – Maintaining the program timeline, updating all changes, documenting all updates
Store and Complete all data for regular and ad Hoc Requirements
Create a reporting calendar
Create and update reports required by the Global HR ServicesTeam
Support the Program Manager in Building, maintaining & Reporting the Program Business Case and Financials
Manage minor program issues and projects
Back-up of the Program Manager as neededQualifications
The ability to build basic PMO Framework or Process – Specifically Knowledge Management, Timeline Stewardship, Reporting, KPI’s,
Ability to understand quickly and clearly reporting and data requirements from Target Operating Model @HR and Global HR Services Leadership
Analysis : The ability to analyze data and raise key data points based on Analysis
Working Knowledge of Schenker Structure to be able to successfully coordinate meetings and work, in light of critical program interdependencies
Experienced Project, Transition, Transformation resource
With financial reporting or accounting experience
HR experience is a plus, not required
Strong stakeholder and customer service experience
Used to demanding workload of project
Flexibility in traveling
Can work with difficult people across different cultures
Advanced stakeholder management skills
Work with Multiple projects and people at the same time
Advanced MS Office Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
