Position: German Foreign Exchange Analyst

Requirements:
• Open for both Native and Non- Native German Speakers
• Proficient in German and English
• At least 2nd year level in College
• Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, email and chat regarding Foreign Exchange history
• Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
• Manage and process for all customer related issues
• Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
• Answer customer’s concern on the highest exchange rate
