Based in: Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines POSITION: GENERALISTS/WRITERS/LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice. -Annotating data to help AI models align with human values. -Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models. -Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes. QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in any field -Excellent English writing skills -Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics -Well-honed internet research skills. -Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.
