General Accountant (Myob Experience Required) - Dayshift

Job Description Responsibilities: Accounts receivable & payable Customer billing
Analysis of financial reports
Posting of journals, reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Process company credit cards and reconcile
Review and processing of staff expenses
Processing & support with sales orders / purchase orders / backorders
Maintenance of accounts records, customer & vendor records
Monitoring & actioning of email accounts
Customer account applications
Assisting with end of month processes
Additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of general accounting experience
Has experience working for an offshore manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable in using MYOB (required)
Good communication skills and has experience directly speaking to foreign counterparts/customers
Knowledge in Australian taxation is highly preferred
Strong in end to end accounts process
Reporting & problem-solving skills
Willing to work in MOA, Pasay City
