Full Stack Developer (Remote - Cebu)

Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
Design of the overall architecture of the web application
Implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Implementation of security and data protection

Skills
Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language Node.js (Javascript), PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, etc.
Good understanding of server-side frameworks like Meteor, Express.js, Adonis.js, Laravel and Django
API (RESTful Services) design and development
CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Web server technologies Nginx, Heroku,
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms (such as mobile vs, desktop), and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Creating database schemas on MongoDB that represent and support business processes or other database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.
Data migration, transformation, and scripting
Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial or SVN
Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
Experience deploying to cloud services like Heroku, Amazon (AWS and EC2), Digital Ocean or Google Cloud Services
Experience with building microservices is a plus
