Front Office Manager

A Front Office Manager supervises the Front Office Team to ensure that team members are prepared and well informed to deliver our guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. Professional and customer-focused to oversee the resort operations. Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations and activities at your allocated resort location. Your duties will include managing personnel, collecting payments, monitoring budgets, and evaluating staff performance. Job Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field With at least 1 years' experience as Front Office Manager in a hotel or resort Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extensive knowledge in a resort operation Knowledgeable in Front Office Software Excellent in administrative work
