Front Office Associate

Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere- Answer the phone, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate offices.- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks- Perform an inventory of office supplies and order what is needed**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php450.00 per daySchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All employees and customers are required to wear face masks. Requires every employee to execute proper hand washing especially when going inside the company premises.
