**Duties and Responsibilities**:*- Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed.- Process check-in and check-out of hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner- Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information- Complete all items on the appropriate (AM, PM, Graveyard) checklist by end of the shift- Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests- Follow established key control policy- Ensure proper credit policies are followed- Issue guest safety deposit boxes- Submit all lost & found articles accompanied by a completed lost & found the report- Knowledgeable of the immediate area, services, attractions, and events- Assist with Concierge services in the absence of the Concierge- Knowledgeable of fire and emergency procedures- Open, secure, and balance out daily shift report which involves counting and verifying cash, check, and credit card transactions occurring while on duty- Verify credit limit report- Monitor room availability throughout the day- Review daily the selling status of the hotel using the yield management system- Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisor- Contact via telephone with the other departments such as Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet is crucial to ensure that hotel services are coordinated to provide the best in guest satisfaction- Attend department meetings once a monthQualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is required- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an equivalent position in the Front Office, preferably in hotel industry (_Fresh graduate with strong hotel front office training may apply_)Requirements and Skills:- Can work with using MS Office tools, and Google utilizations- Excellent communication and people skills- Aptitude in problem-solving- Keen to details and results- drive approach- Team playerWork Location: No. 16 Timog Avenue, Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to follow the safety precautions established for the health and safety of the team members of the company.Ability to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Hospitality Management: 1 year (preferred)
