Job Descriptions
Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
Assisting guests with disabilities.

Job Qualifications
Male/Female
Graduate of any course or any vocational courses
Preferably with at least 6 months background in customer service, clerical or administrative
Proficient in using Excel
Willing in shifting schedule/mall based schedule
