Position: French Financial System Support ~ Makati City Industry: Financial Service Consulting
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 50, 000 – 75, 000
Work Schedule: Midshift (4:00 pm to 1:00 AM Manila time)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read & write French

• With excellent English skills
• Preferably graduate of any 4 year course
• Preferably with financial knowledge and technical support experience
• Customer Service is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for French market
• Attend to dealers, brokers and clients inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported
• Manage portfolio of core securities and superior transaction process
• Ensure efficient client support and minimize risk
