For Pooling: Business Analyst

FOR POOLING: Business Analyst - 0064DC - Will interact with the Information Technology and Business Systems Applications teams as well as senior and mid level business function manager
- Will lead data design and business requirements sessions, project and program manage required solutions using global implementation teams through to post implementation support Development and management of data integration & ETL design jobs – consolidation, aggregation, filtering, validation, data quality routines, dimension creation, etc
- Creation of entity relationships, source to target data mapping
- Develops, creates and prepares data marts for reporting consumption &/or analytics use cases
- Define and implement automation of jobs.
- Build and support reusable framework
- Executes production-level jobs by considering data dependencies, schedules, validation routines, data stream updates Implementation of security and data protection
- Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business process and translate them into functional specifications for BI solutions
- Analyze, design, develop and document BI solutions based on standard and best practices
- Build and maintain business intelligence platform

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands on experience in database administration & analytic role
- Experience architecting, supporting and implementing advanced, strategic database management systems
- High proficiency and hands-on scripting experience in Excel, VBA, SQL/SAS, Simulation Package
- Ability to extract, aggregate, structure and manage large volume data sets using database querying language eg. SQL programming, MS SQL Server
- Programming language: Experienced in Python/Java/C+ is highly appreciated
- Data modelling using R is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in BI Reporting tools (Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc. ), is an advantage
