Mapping of potential customers and generate leads for the new opportunities.- Supervise and ensure to deliver the desired results for business growth.- Conduct regular visits to customers, develop and manage good relationship with customers- Negotiation and meetings with the customers.- Development of commercial strategy and direction of projects.- Prepare and monitor project reports and updates.- Conduct market research.- Monitoring of budget expenses and ensure return of investment.- Identifying and managing commercial risks.- Establish objectives and programs.- Assist customer complaints and ensure after sales service were provided excellently.- Prepare presentation and reports both internally and externally.- Attend and participate in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, trainings and webinars.- Responsible for the management and improvement of the department objectives including the enhancement of business process and innovation.- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:- With bachelor's degree programs in restaurant and institutional food service management and related courses.- At least three (3) years work experience in selling food ingredients to food service accounts such as hotels, restaurants, catering, cafeterias etc.- With excellent communication skills both oral and written.- Detail oriented, with strong leadership and customer service skills.- Can drive vehicles and with driver's license.- With knowledge and experience in sales and marketing.- Knowledgeable in standard protocols on food safety.- Must understand/Know all the aspects of food service and hotel and restaurant business.**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission payApplication Question(s):- 1.
