Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Job Description:
Provides business decision support to Business Unit Heads to ensure achievement of the financial goals of the business. Leads the preparation and analysis of the business unit’s budget and a long-range financials including financial evaluation of new business initiatives Drives compliance of corporate policies and processes and reviews the same for any improvement opportunities. Develops and coach a team to ensure deliverables are rendered and service level to the business unit is maintained. Minimum Qualifications:
With at least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Budget Management or Financial Reporting Has professional maturity and agility gained due to exposure in handling diverse and multiple projects and/or fast-paced demanding business environment Influencing skills is a must, – i.e. ability to persuade and relate well with customers from business unit heads to peers from different departments Ability to inspire and lead a team, develop finance talents and coach difficult team members Willingness to learn and be exposed to the different facets of the business Highly analytical and has strong corporate governance leadership skills
