Financial Planner & Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Financial Planner and Analyst will be leading the FP&A Section and will be spear-heading the Company?s financial monthly and quarterly reports and planning, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis through Project Cost Analysis and Other special projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): MS Office;, Accounting Software such as Quickbooks; knowledgeable and experienced in all doing financial reports and alike; oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; good planning & organizing skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and PCAs.
Collate and prepares Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly Financial Reports of all line items in the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AP, AR Aging and Project/Account Cost Analysis.
Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects
Develop financial models and analysis to support each department's strategic initiatives
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis by Considering opportunities for the company to expand or grow.
Mapping out growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments. Generating three- to five-year financial forecasts.
Prepare presentations to Mancom and Execom Meetings.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Undertakes related task that will be assigned from time to time.
