Financial Modeller

Roles and Responsibilities- The role will drive financial recommendations related to the Company's current and future investments. The incumbent is expected to prepare financial models for acquisitions, joint ventures and other expansion initiatives. He or she is expected to review and monitor long-term business plans of existing subsidiaries. He or she is will provide relevant financial advisory, as needed- Financial/ Economic model - Develops and formulates the financial/ economic model for projects being developed- Financial model templates - Analyzes financial information and risks based on legal, financial and technical due diligence reports to produce models and different valuation scenarios for management decision.- NBD Business Plan - Assists in preparing the overall NBD business plan in coordination with the business managers- Resource Planning - Assists in preparing development expense per project- Industry scanning and macroeconomic research - Monitors industry competitors and movements, including their financial standing, in coordination with the business development managers.- Documentation - Ensures proper turnover of relevant documents to operating units.Minimum Qualifications:- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Analytical skills, Presentation skills, Communication skills- With exposure to Corporate Finance**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Flextime- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:wearing of face mask and observing minimum health protocolAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Financial Modeling: 5 years (preferred)
