Financial Analyst (Reliever For 6 Months)

Job Objective:
· Provides technical support to FP&A Manager in the areas of processing and recording of advertising and promotions, preparation of financial reports, financial analysis and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
· Perform job functions consistent to the corporate vision and mission statements and the values of the company.
· Prepare budget templates for the Enterprise: Sales Volume, Sales to Gross Margin, Freight & Handling, A&P, Operating Expense and Conversion Cost.
· Coordinate with Department head, Section head or process owner of required data for budget preparation.
· Analyze proposed budget in relation to prior year actual and provide explanation for the increase (decrease).
· Prepare and analyze sales to gross margin report by different segment.
· Prepare Profit & Loss by customer, by marketing category, by brand, by product category.
· Consolidates analysis of actual revenue, A & P, and operating expenses in relation to budgets or targets and provide explanation for the increase (decrease).
· Monitor and analyze A & P expenses versus budgets and versus plans and programs; monitor actual results of the program versus target.
· Prepare financial quarterly and annual forecast of Business Units, Company and Enterprise.
· Support financial planning and reporting of business.
· Gather data and performs feasibility study in support to business units.
· Work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
· Perform other related duties and responsibilities germane or related to from the above enumeration that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises.
· Participate in collegial planning for policies, procedures and systems through participation in standing or ad hoc committees, task force or project teams.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or other related fields.
· At least 5 years of related work experience in general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
