Finance Supervisor

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Examines financial reports in relation to the current budget and prior year data.- Responsible for the audit of expenditures to ensure compliance with the organization's accounting procedures.- Responsible for the accounts to be balanced and reconciled; daily journal entries are adjusted and corrected.- Monitors expenditures and prepares financial statements and administrative reports on a monthly basis.- Provide support, clerical, and professional staff with technical issues.- Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements and other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Must be a graduate of the degree in accountancy, finance, or business administration.- With at least three to five years of supervisory experience.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay
