Finance Staff

Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance head.Help oversee and manage individual accountsCreate, send, and follow up on invoicesCollect and enter data for various financial spreadsheetsReview and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correctAssist the financial head in creating financial reports on a regular basisSuggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions.candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentno work experience is required but work related experience is an advantagemust be knowledgeable in BANK RECONCILIATIONbackground in QUICKBOOKS in an advantage.
