Finance Assistant

Responsibilities
Review and process books via Quickbooks Online (QBO)

Generate financial reports under the supervision of the FD

Process company payroll

Setting up business stateside

Responsible for bookkeeping and client’s invoices (A/R and A/P)

Assist FD on general financial tasks

Assist with accounting functions as assigned.

Perform other duties as required.

Job Conditions
Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.

Work at home, primarily a desk job.

Might require working on EST timezone

The ability to read 12 points and larger types is required.

One must be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate

English Proficient both verbally and in writing.

Equipment and Software Operation
The job requires the ability to utilize a PC/Laptop, Financial Softwares such as but not limited to Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Bill.com, and other project management software such as Asana and Harvest.

May have access to confidential information such as patient records, Financial statements.
Qualifications
Accounting graduates with 2 to 3 years related experience preferably US based companies;

Previous experience in the finance department is an advantage;

With experience working in a remote setup is an advantage;

Knowledge of G-suite, Asana, Harvest platform, QBO and Financial Terminologies.

Demonstrated strong telephone skills and interpersonal communication skills.

Speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
