Job Description:
Facilitates over-all servicing of assigned clients from answering queries, studying their requirements, monitoring their renewal and relaying other services that we could offer. Responsible for making sure that the issued policies of insurers are accurate for assigned accounts and on-time delivery. Assist collection in the monitoring of premiums within 30 days or agreed credit terms. Assist the Claims in Charge to facilitate the settlement/ resolution of the claims Other duties assigned by supervisor or any authorized superior. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
