Interacts appropriately and confidently to customers for the fulfilment of the requested information, procedures, and other related requests.
Develops and maintains high level of customer experience with regular HOME clients by providing trusted advice and solutions through current and future plans.
Provides customer technical support over the phone as needed.
Configures and assists in the maintenance of HOME technology devices and performs such within the approved service level agreement.
Cross-sells / up-sells various PLDT products services applicable and ideal to the needs and preferences of the customer.
Researches and keeps abreast with the latest technology trends, which the current subscriber market may utilize.
Must have good communication skills both English and Tagalog; knowledge of any local dialect is a PLUS but not required
Willing to do FIELD WORK and has aprofessional or non-professional driver's license(can drive MANUAL transmission vehicle)
Graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably related to engineering, information technology, or computer science.
Fresh graduates / experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
Must possess Professional Driver's License and should be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle (manual transmission)*required
