Fatca/Crs Analyst

Directly reports to the Team Lead, FATCA/CRS, on all matters;
Performs the testing on the accuracy and completeness of client information including the policies / accounts held thru:Quality assurance testing on the correctness and completeness of database of existing clients;
Review on the conduct of the required due diligence for High Value accounts as defined by FATCA and CRS;
Review on the correctness and completeness of the reporting packages for FATCA and CRS requirements;

Help Manulife offices / territories in Asia and North America to look for and carry out solutions to rectify findings and identified gaps
Document the review and testing results with Manulife record management standard. Upload and maintain testing plans, results and records to the Archer data base
Other duties and tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and Asia Regional Compliance
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business related or internal audit course
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in compliance or audit, exposure to insurance industry is a plus
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Very good presentation skills
With intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
Background on FATCA and CRS regulatory compliance
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Ability to facilitate interactions with any position level and department in other Manulife offices / territories (e.g., Legal, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Agency, Sales, etc.)
