Provides staffing support for operational, professional or lower level managerial positions.
Executes all activities associated with generating leads / applications from specific sourcing channels (e.g., online job portals, referral, academe / alumni, events, social recruiting) based on the recruitment and branding / marketing strategy.
Proactively source candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilizing methods appropriate to the target channel. Employ innovative techniques to identify niche talent in the market.
Utilize company's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity.
Previous experience in a recruitment, sourcing or human resources function is an advantage, but not required.

College Graduate - preferably in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in shifting schedules. Amenable to join the team as early as February.
