Vericle offers comprehensive cloud-based practice management software, billing and revenue cycle management service, and client coaching for maximum profitability, compliance, practice growth, and office efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Teamwork
Promote teamwork with medical service providers
Contribute to building a shared Help Desk knowledge base
Professionally document problem solutions (mandatory on the job training)
Work US hours (9-5pm EST or 1pm-9pm EST shifts available)
Billing
Respond to medical claim billing questions (mandatory on the job training)
Solve or identify resources to solve medical billing problems
Work together with our software support and account management teams to solve client problems
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A 4 years College degree or any equivalent advanced education
Billing Certifications
3 Years of Billing experience, including working with at least one of popular billing system, e.g., Vericle or Kareo
SKILLS
Extremely patient, ready to ask enough questions to understand the root-cause of the problem and the purpose of the action the client is failing to accomplish
Outstanding teamwork
Positive “Can-Do” attitude
Solid problem-solving skills
Very comfortable with computers, web browsers
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (on the job accent training provided)
