Details of the offer

Run the day-to-day administration requirements for the whole business unit, within acceptable service level.
Create an impact to other departments by constantly communicating with them on behalf of the Business Unit.
Integrate data from Support and Operations Groups, to come up with and present reports that are essential for operations review and management’s business decisions.
Provide analysis of the information and prepare presentations for the business unit directors, as and when necessary.
Give recommendations to Management Team on certain business matters, related to general administration, which improves process effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
Participate in the Strategic Planning process of the business unit, and accurately note minutes of the meeting to track closure of each action items.

Microsoft Excel - An advanced course on this Microsoft application will enable the Executive Assistant to process data and generate more sophisticated reports that can be used by the Business Unit.
Business Research - Provides a framework on how to do a research necessary for a business decision. Enable tools and techniques on how to properly gather data, do a feasibility study, and write a research papers.
Business Presentation Skills - Develops the competencies of the Executive Assistant, to effectively communicate information and sell ideas in a business meeting. Familiarizes the EA on certain techniques to deliver the right message and achieve desired results, through the use of visual aids, body language, facial expression and voice.
Problem Solving & Decision Making - Sharpens the Executive Assistant’s competencies in coming up with the most appropriate decision for a business situation. This includes techniques in problem solving and decision making, using both logical and creative approaches.
Strategic Management - Provides knowledge and skills on formulation of strategic objectives for the company. Provides understanding on how external and internal environment influence the business. Develops skills to do business analyses to come up with the most effective strategies for the company.
Organizational Communication / Public Relations - Develops the Executive Assistant’s interactive skills, to extend goodwill and promote the initiatives of the Business Unit to other departments.
