Description:
The EA or OBM will spearhead the migration of the company from their previous CRM to Active Campaign. The candidate will also manage the CEO’s emails, calendar, and constantly update the CEO with what is on her plate. As the OBM, the candidate should be familiar with online selling (Amazon and other selling sites). Manage the social media networks and the website of the client. Act as the project manager between the website developer and instruct them on how to optimize and improve the website. Assist the CEO and the team with their upcoming book launch. We need someone who is direct to the point, a jack of all trades, and a proactive one that won’t wait for tasks to be given.

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in being a personal assistant and online business manager
Keen to details and proactive
Comfortable in speaking with clients and team members
Experience in managing social media networks of his/her clients and website management
Experience in selling online in Amazon and other online sites in the US.
