Event Coordinator/ Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for scouting possible clients for events, bids, reservations, and corporate account.Responsible for contract generation of every event.Responsible for bid creation for government and corporate clients.Responsible for preparing of packing list, processing request to procurement for supplies of event depending on contract such as but not limited to cake, lights and sound, photo booth, sintraboard, creative station, etc.Responsible in checking the quality and quantity of company owned equipment prior to releasing for event use.Responsible in arranging and monitoring the whole set-up in every station for every assigned events.Responsible in providing proper delegation to F&B for faster service, easier pack-up and manner to secure accurate inventory of equipment.Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue facilites after every event.Performs other tasks as may be required by the immediate superior.Qualifications:Age: 19-30Single/MarriedGraduate of 4 year Bachelors CoursePreferably Tourism, HRM,HRA or any related courseWith atleast 2 year experience in events managementWell versed in Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed termSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Batangas City, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
