Erp Applications Support Analyst

Minimum Qualifications â?¢3+ years X++ coding experience (AX 2012 R3 is ideal).
â?¢Experience with multiple AX functional modules (AP, AR, GL, Master Planning, Production, Inventory, Project Management and Accounting, DIXF)
â?¢Experience with MorphX IDE, and all development and debugging tools
â?¢Experience installing and configuring AX and related components including Enterprise Portal.
â?¢Experience with customizing AX SSRS reports.
â?¢Experience administering MS SQL Server databases, writing stored procedures and queries, database optimization is a plus.
â?¢Experience with additional languages and tools: XML, .NET (C# or other), Visual Studio a plus
â?¢Familiarity with web technologies a plus (Java, Javascript, PHP, HTML, JSON, REST/WSDL/SOAP)
â?¢Microsoft AX Developer certifications a plus
â?¢Manufacturing and distribution industry experience a plus.
â?¢Intermediate written and verbal communication skills (English).
â?¢Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
â?¢Ability to work independently, resolve conflicts, and prioritize workflow in order to meet deadlines.
â?¢Ability to establish priorities, work collaboratively, and meet objectives.

Essential Functions
â?¢Create and modify existing AX modifications conforming to AX best practices
â?¢Troubleshoots and fixes bugs and performance issues in AX applications
â?¢Creates and modify AX SSRS reports
â?¢Works independently
â?¢Provides general AX support
â?¢Keep project management team up to date with project status such as, revisions and questions on requirements and documentations for projects.
â?¢Provide assistance to project lead in analysis, design, development, and support.
â?¢Assist the project lead in coordinating with management the preparation of project timelines, setting and readjustment of expectations for those timelines.
â?¢Creates technical and functional documentation
