Enterprise Risk Management Senior Specialist

Job Description:
Assist Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager on the implementation and management of Advance Operational Risk Management Framework covering: Outsourcing Risk Management, Product Process and Datasource Approval, IT Risk, and BCM (Business Continuity Management). Outsourcing Risk Management
Develop and maintain effective relationship with Legal, Finance, IT, BCM for the purpose of providing Outsourcing due dilligence and approval. Including develop Outsourcing Risk Awareness amongst all Stakeholders. Responsible to end to end ownership and execution of outsourcing due dilligence (i.e. Identify and assess risk derived from 3rd party). Provide Risk Advice for Identified Outsourcing (including Significant Outsourcing) in the purpose of obtaining Outsourcing Risk Leader Approval and Group Approval. Responsible to ensure annual monitoring over Outsourcing Activity are carried as per methodologies. Prepare, deliver and maintan any relevant Outsourcing Management reporting Maintain & develop improvement for Outsourcing Risk Management Policy Change Management
Develop and maintain effective relationship with Key Stakeholders, i.e.: Business Unit, Project Management Office (PMO), Legal, Finance, IT, BCM for the implementation of Product, Process and Datasource Policy. Provide Operational Risk assessment and Risk Advice for new product initiatives, significant process changes and other Project. Including develop Risk Awareness amongst all Stakeholders. Assist Enterprise Risk Manager to the development and implementation of policy related to Product, Process and Datasource Approval Process. IT Risk and BCM
Working closely and assist IT Risk & BCM Manager in implementing IT Rsk Management and BCM Management in accordance to Operational Risk Management Framework. Support the implementation of Key ERM Initiatives in group company Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline Min 4 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management / Operational Risk Management / Risk & Internal Control / Operations Auditor Min Risk Management Certification Level 2 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Operational Risk Management (ORM) Operations Audit Risk & Control - Procurement / Operations / Process Management Procurement - Due Diligence Strong critical and analitical thinking Multitasking Fast Pace Proactive Excellent communication skill Detail oriented Quick learner and able to work independently Comfortable in engagement with senior stakeholders.
