- Willing to START ASAP in CEBU- Can accept a Salary Range of ?55,000 - ?60,000- Must be below 49 years of ageJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department in Cebu branch office.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Mechanical Engineering Graduate- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer- With at least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management- With at least 5 years of work experience as a Manager- Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning- With experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management- With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills- High proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
