Engineering & Quality Head

Job Description:
Determines the goal of the company Devices plans for each phase of the project Identifies the resources needed In-charge of the Engineering and Quality Department staff Performs quality control checks ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the product Evaluates the cost within a specific timeframe Supervises the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product Works with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications Resolves problems that may arise in the department Perform other management mandated functions Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any Engineering course Preferably a licensed engineer At least 3 years experience in manufacturing or similar setting Excellent people handling and management skills Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
